Teena

Bringing Order to a Multi-Branch Sales Floor

The Challenge

Enquiries That Didn’t Know Where to Go

Selling pre-owned IT equipment across multiple branches comes with a problem that’s easy to underestimate — knowing which branch should even be handling a customer in the first place.

Before Teena, enquiries didn’t naturally know where to go. A customer near one branch might end up waiting on a response from staff halfway across the city, simply because there was no system routing conversations by location.

Our Approach

Geo-Routing Built for Multi-Branch Retail

We built Teena to solve exactly that. Using geo-assignment, she identifies where a customer is and routes the conversation to the nearest branch automatically, with staff picked up on a fair, round-robin basis so no single team gets overloaded. We layered in a voice pipeline as well, so customers who preferred to just ask a question out loud could do that too.

The Results

Automatically routed each customer to their nearest branch based on location.

Distributed enquiries fairly across staff on a round-robin basis, so no single team got overloaded.

Added a voice pipeline for customers who preferred to just ask their question out loud.
